Road tripping is a great way to see Africa and with car hire in South Africa being as affordable as it is, your overland adventure may simply be a click away. Car rental websites often have special offers and if you go through the trouble of checking regularly you are guaranteed to get a good deal.

Overland trips are a great way to spend family vacations. You can join up with a self-drive safari group, but if you???re feeling adventurous why not tackle the road on your own? It is simple enough to create an online itinerary and once you???ve landed in South Africa, all you???d need to do is buy supplies, back up your 4×4 car hire and be on your way.

Packing for a normal road trip may seem simple enough, but once you hit the bushveld things are a bit different. There are no 24 hour convenience stores and, except if you have booked place in expensive hotels and lodges along the way, you will be relying on your own camping gear come night-time. We have compiled a helpful list of packing ideas that should make your car rental road trip a bit more comfortable. These include:

???	Being selective: Pack everything you plan to take for your car hire overland trip on your bed. Take a good look at it. Now pack half of that back into your closet. You won???t need it all and loading your car up with non-essentials like 14 changes of clothing will mean that there will be less space for things like water and tents. Furthermore, leaving some space in your luggage will make it easier to bring back souvenirs.

???	Rethink your luggage: Suitcases are not ideal for an overland trip. Think more along the line of a duffel bag or a large backpack with a removable frame. If you will be travelling for long stretches at a time, it is a good idea to pack a small daypack to keep with you in the front of the 4×4. This should contain things like chronic medication, sunscreen, snacks, your travelling visa, as well as relevant maps.

???	Toiletries: Bring everything you normally use and add some high factor sunscreen, insect repellent, lip balm and a hat. (We???re not talking a big flouncy garden party hat here ??” think Indiana Jones and you???re halfway there. The African sun is not a joke.) Also remember a pair of sunglasses. If you wear contact lenses, you may want to think about bringing along a pair of reading glasses ??” the air is very dry and may irritate your eyes initially.

???	Other Africa essentials: The type of camping gear you bring is up to you. Some people like to rough it and sleep under the open sky, while others travel with tents that should technically qualify as mobile homes. Once you get to South Africa and you???ve secured your car rental, you will be able to tell what type of gear you can accommodate in your ride. Get in touch with a reputable outdoor store ??” some rent out camping equipment, which means you won???t have to buy your own. Aside from the tent, you???ll also need the following:

?	A sleeping bag and light blanket.

?	A roll-up or blow-up mattress. If you take the blow-up version remember to bring patches and glue to fix any unexpected punctures.

?	Mosquito netting if you are planning to sleep ??~al fresco???.

?	A washing line.

?	A solid torch with LOTS of spare batteries. Once you head out into the bushveld, chances are that you may not find any replacements, so with LOTS we do mean LOTS.

?	A camera with relevant batteries, chargers and film/memory card. If you do go the digital route, invest in a large memory card ??” these are not readily available in most developing countries.

?	A small first aid kit. This should include items such as pain killers, rehydration sachets, anti-diarrhoea medication, antihistamine tablets or cream, antiseptic cream, tweezers, after sun treatment, as well as sterile gauze and plasters.

And there you have it ??” a handy little list that will have you packing like a pro in no time at all. A well planned overland trip can be the experience of a lifetime. Why not call ahead and book your 4×4 car rental today?

Perhaps, because of the ease of both the setup and operation, people over look a lot of things when actually signing up for an affiliate program. For more details go to: www.boost-website-traffic.com. To ensure that you have success, start by choosing the right affiliate program. Here are some of the things to look for.

The affiliate program you choose to work with has to be reputable of course, not just for financial reason but for personal reasons as well.

If you offer low quality products or services you risk jeopardizing your personal reputation. Because it is very difficult to redeem yourself working at home online, its important that you take the time to research the company and test the products being offered before offering them.

One of the first things you should check for are references. What are other people saying about it? A good place to look is on sites that report on affiliate programs. You can ask members of the forum if they have used the program and their opinions of it. People on business or affiliate forums generally give honest reviews of the programs.

1)	However, even the best reviewed program isn’t worth your time if the commissions are too low to draw a steady income. For can visit to: www.money-secret-exposed.com.You want to invest your time into programs that offer 50% or higher. Also look at how much you earn for the program. You don’t want to put your efforts into an affiliate marketing program that only pays you two dollars for your efforts.

When looking for affiliate marketing programs, opt for those that pay a residual income. These are programs that pay you over and over again for doing the job once. For example, if the customer bought from you once you would be rewarded if they bought another item in the future.

But the program should have a reliable payment system. There isn’t anything worse than working hard to make the sales and then waiting around to get paid. Unfortunately, even legitimate companies can have payment slip ups. To avoid being left waiting for your money, check the payment background of the company. How often do they pay their working at home affiliates and when how often do they have problems”?

Good affiliate programs also offer support in the form of tools, resources and even a personal mentor. You shouldn’t feel like you’re all on your own doing everything from scratch. Its also important that you like the niche.

A major reason people fail is they don’t take the time to find affiliate marketing programs that they can successfully promote. It doesn’t matter how great the program is, if you have no interest in the products or services. Whats more it has to match your website theme otherwise you wont be able to target the right market.

You have to consider the global market when you are choosing a working at home affiliate program. It doesn’t make sense to opt for a program that has outdated products or no longer serves a wide market. What are some of the trends? What are people putting their money into, and do they have long term market potential?

Getting off on the right foot is the best way to ensure long term success. To do this use some of the tips above to help you choose the right affiliate marketing program working at home.

The interesting thing about posing this question is that most people think they are qualified to answer it, although they aren???t. The fact is, most people do not know what detectives, whether on the police force or ??oefor hire,??? really do in an investigation, and what sorts of skills are required. It is certainly nothing like you see on TV.

Of course, you would not do much murder investigating, even if one happened in your family. You would probably leave the burglary capers to the police, too. Private investigators can certainly look into those matters for you, but the bulk of a private eye???s work involves finding people and identifying their whereabouts, their actions ??” and, of course, their assets. This is why the great majority of private eyes make the great majority of their money on divorces and civil matters, not criminal investigations.

Private eye or DIY?

Private investigations can be difficult for even the most experienced professional. Private investigators have been helping people ??oeget the skinny,??? or the truth, in all types of situations. Whether it???s a company investigating a string of warehouse thefts, a spouse that suspects her significant other of cheating or a case of a disappearing investment advisor (these are on the rise), private investigations can be quite challenging and time-consuming. There are certain tricks of the trade that you must learn, and there is no substitute for on-the-job training.

There will always be a huge difference between a real ??oePI??? and a do-it-yourselfer (DIY???er). But if you reduce the tasks to their simplest components, there are a number of basic matters that you could investigate, or begin investigating, without hiring a professional right away. With the Internet, you can check many databases, including those of government agencies and various industries, to help you in the one undertaking in which you just might make some progress on your own, namely, locating people who don???t want to be found.

Tools and tricks

Private investigation has changed tremendously over the past few decades. As opposed the ??oeold days??? of the ??oegumshoe??? where a PI would follow a wayward wife around town with a camera and try to catch them in an adulterous act, PI???s now are highly trained, skilled professionals. Whether they are former police officers or crime lab technicians, or like many others took law and/or accounting courses (like FBI agents), they did what was necessary to get an ??oeeducation for investigation.???

Trying to conduct an investigation without the required skills will yield poor results. This is where many of the DIY???ers make their first, and most catastrophic, error. They think that a few web searches and a $19.95 online background check is ??oeinvestigating.??? This, of course, is silly. So, even in the one type of investigation in which DIY???ers could be successful, the personal search, there are twists, turns, shortcuts and time-wasters all along the way. There are precious few things other than experience that can make a beginner a veteran.

Danger and other high costs

There is also a tremendous amount of danger that PI???s can get themselves into. Some of them will face life and death circumstances. These days, however, many private investigators are not acting under that title alone, and hold badges in law enforcement. This allows them to protect themselves to the fullest extent. However, among the 50 states there are various laws regulating, or outright prohibiting, sworn peace officers from working as private detectives, security staff or bodyguards.

With danger being an equal opportunity employer, and something that any PI might face in a thousand different ways, the ??oeDIY detective gig??? might become something of a magnet for those who want to become vigilantes for justice. Fortunately, most states have licensing procedures in place that will limit the number of ??oeJohn Waynes??? that are allowed to flash badges and carry concealed weapons while in the employ of a private citizen.

Back to basics

Not only can private investigation be dangerous and daunting, it is also very time consuming. Private investigators dedicate their every waking hour to the completion of whatever case they happen to be on. PI work is difficult for the professional and amateur alike, but deciding how much to ??oebite off??? should be simple for the DIY???er. The answer would range from ??oenone??? to ??oenot much,??? at least until you develop the basic online search skills, plus learn how to get information over the phone, by mail, via e-mail or in person from the myriad local, county, state and federal bureaucrats that man the barricades in the government offices that are chock full of answers.

It???s very important to consider all of the costs, in terms of money, time and danger, which conducting an investigation entails. Invest some research time into the fine points of, say, ??oeskip tracing??? and you will discover that it???s not as easy as it might have seemed on television. Then, when confronted with a problem that needs some detective work ??” nothing criminal, of course ??” you should be able to see a clear line between what you can handle yourself and what you need help to do. It should not bother you in the least that the latter group will be much larger than the former, as it is that way with most everything. After all, you can only be an expert at so much, so get help when you need it. The trick is knowing when to do that, and it???s always better to err on the side of caution and ask for help than to charge ahead and lose your head!

By ?? Arthur Wang, The Part Time Job Home

Whether you will retire wealthy or end up broke will depends on what you continue to do NOW and in the FUTURE. People who can retired comfortably without worrying for their next meal make preparation early even before when they need the money.

Residual income is the key for you to get rich and retire comfortably.

What actually is Residual Income?

A residual income is a steady flow of earn income which a person have put in the initial time and effort to build it. It continue to produce money for you while you sleep, on vacation or while you are sick and need to stay at home to recovery.

Examples of Residual Income:

– Song and book writers continue to get royalties from the songs and books they have written for many years. This is called residual income.

– The monthly rental income from your various properties investment is another form of residual income.

– Quarterly dividends from your stocks and bonds is residual income.

The more streams of residual income you build, the richer you become. Eventually, those people who build a steady stream of multiple residual income will be able to retire without having any financial worry.

The rich and affluent usually have the financial mindset of building a constant flow of residual income. That is why they don’t have to worry when one stream of income dries off as they have other cash cows which will still produce the cash flow that they need to maintain their rich lifestyle.

For the majority of the job worker, they have only have stream of full time income. When they are retrenched or retired, their SINGLE stream of income is gone. Many job worker are often too busy enjoying their life first and spent very little time to THINK how to build multiple streams of residual income so that one day they can FREED themselves from being a job slave.

Rich people are not special species from another universe. Take a look at the great stock investor Warren Buffett, he may wear older clothes or drive an older cars, but he is definitely very wealthy. One of the special traits of the modestly rich is that they always believe that frugality is the best way to increase your savings and invest in assets that can produce a residual income for many many years.

A business or a stay at home internet part time business can be another job. However, as you gain more experienced, you can automate it and spend less time on it. You can build multiple streams of residual income with a single website by joining multiple opportunities or you can build multiple website that earns you multiple income from different opportunities.

Likewise, when you start a traditional business, you must have the mindset to manage and developed a system that you can employed someone to run the days to days operation while you focus on starting other business. Look at Supermarkets, they are not run by their owners.

Always remember, Work SMART, NOT work HARD. If there are many people who can build a multiple streams of income from their stay at home internet part time job, so can you. Whatever business you intend to pursue, be prepared to constantly learn what it takes to succeed and expand your financial education.

Wishing you success in changing your Financially Destiny.

Changing the way we cook our food can have a dramatic effect on our health. If we make wiser choices with our food and the way we cook it, we can significantly reduce our risk of contracting cancer and heart disease.

Here are some top tips for healthy cooking:-

1. Invest in non stick pans – With quality non-stick pans you can get away with not using oil at all or by using a low fat cooking spray. You can also ‘fry’ some foods in a little water to prevent them sticking. If you have to use oil, use olive oil and pat food with kitchen roll after cooking to remove excess oil.

2. Look through your recipes collection for diet recipes and low fat recipes. Cook them in batches and freeze so that you always have a healthy meal option available.

3. Steam or stir-fry vegetables – Cooking them using these methods will help the vegetables to retain their nutrients, color and taste. Look for healthy recipes like Chinese stir-fries and invest in a wok and steamer. You can buy Chinese bamboo steamers, which just sit on top of a pan of boiling water, or you can buy electric steamers. You can get a good electric steamer for less than the cost of one meal out and the ease of use is a real time saver.

4. Use olive oil – Replace other oils or a fat with olive oil which is mono-unsaturated oil and actually helps to reduce cholesterol. Make your own salad dressings from olive oil and balsamic vinegar to give your salad a Mediterranean taste and this will be lower in fat than commercial salad dressings. You can also login on to www.camping-outdoors-recipes.com. Search online for free recipes using olive oil. Some muffin recipes use olive oil or corn oil instead of solid fats.

5. Use fat free milk in cooking and baking to cut the fat content of your healthy recipes.

6. Replace fat in baking – Look for low fat recipes for cakes and biscuits or replace half the fat in recipes with pureed prunes, yogurt or mashed banana. Search for diet recipes for sweet treats.

7. Use fat-free yogurt or cr??me fraise instead of using cream for pouring on dessert recipes or fruit.

8. Add more vegetables to casseroles and soups and use fresh or frozen vegetables rather than canned.

9. Don’t add salt to food – Season food with herbs, spices, and garlic and lemon juice instead of salt.

10. Trim visible fat off meat and use lean meat in your low fat recipes. Cut down on how much red meat you consume and replace with fish and chicken or turkey.

Remember, cooking and eating healthy food is not hard work and definitely not expensive. for more details you can login to www.apples-recipes.com. If you play your cards right you can change you whole family’s diet and they won’t suspect a thing.

That isn’t to say that they won’t notice anything though, because they will – they may well notice that they are losing weight, feeling better and getting fewer minor illnesses.

As every year answers to all these questions will come from the Milan International Furniture Fair, where the most innovative furniture and complement furniture will be displayed together with the most interesting furniture trend with which in the near future we could beautify our home. Also this year the 86th edition of MACEF will happen from 16th to 19th January 2009, an important international exhibition that takes place in the Milano Fair district twice a year and that groups together more than 2000 small and big Italian and international exhibitors. Exhibitors are divided in five main categories, which are furniture and decoration; table and kitchen; classic; bijoux, gold and accessories; gift.

MACEF is also a first-level international display window, from which all new trends pass through, it comprehends fields like furniture, house objects and textiles, bathroom solutions, but also lightning solutions and suggestions on next year more fashionable colors for our houses. Inside the furniture and creation sector there is also the subsection Creations, where a lot of small enterprises, straddling art and handicraft can display their products, which are true and real unique pieces or in any case made in limited series. These enterprises are really widespread on all the national territory, they are active especially within the Italian industrial districts and especially in industrial field such as ceramics, gift, lighting and complement furniture.

Inside the MACEF there is also an area called MACEF Lab, an innovative project born to build a bridge among different enterprises working in the world of home furniture, a bridge made of knowledge, innovation and information. The MACEF Lab project was presented for the first time last September, and in these January edition everybody is expecting to know the most interesting news of this period. It is always very important to remind enterprises that especially in time of crisis it is necessary to invest in research and innovation to offer always brand new, advanced products and be able to reach new market segments.

This exhibition attracts exhibitors from all over the world, because it is a really interesting display window, both to show own creations and to find some buyers or new interesting distribution channels, but also to identify the exhibitions of other competitor producers. To keep an eye on market and competitors is very important, particularly in a sector as furniture where there are a lot of competitors and competition is fierce.

Don???t miss to see the news that will come out this year from MACEF, you can be sure to find them as soon as possible on the shop windows of every furniture shop in town and they will be a great dash of style to every house or apartment. To furnish in style your house or apartment also means take care of yourself, taking care of the surrounding environment. Make your house warmer or nicer will also give you the opportunity to live in a more comfortable and friendly environment, in which your friends will feel more at ease so they will be happy to come visit you very often. But it will also allow you to truly enjoy relaxing and pleasant moments that in our society are less and less frequent.
